These were missing from my Lupo, so I borrowed the caps from my friend's Arosa and I based the model from them. I printed these cut in the middle (see image below) in PrusaSlicer, and glued them together with superglue (like Loctite), and then sanded them down with 600-grit wet sandpaper, and sprayed varnish in the end. Print suggestions: Suggested Material: ABS, ASA or PETG. They're thin parts so PLA might warp in warmer climates. Nozzle: 0.4mm (can't go with bigger cause details for the latches are needed) Parameters/infill: at least 3 params, with at least 15% infill. You could print 100% infill for a more sturdy print Layer height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm work fine Supports: The ones in the photos are printed without supports and they latch just fine.
