Description
Volvo 240 snow caps molds for later 240 split cowl vents. The main impetus for this project was to try out some cheap DIY vacuum bagging techniques for fiberglass and epoxy. The t-nuts are filled with epoxy and then re-drilled and tapped for #10-24 screws. The t-nuts were printed out of PETG.
