FINAL UPDATE! I switched from FreeCAD to SolidWorks. What this allows me to do is redo the cone section like how OEM part looks like. Also made the cone section slightly smaller. Both these changes makes these pedal stops a little easier to install in your car and also remove. I have also added a 12mm option. This option is for the XClutch stage 1 clutch for the Veloster N. The new clutch grab point is now nearly halfway back up the clutch pedal. If the 12mm tab ends up being a little too thick, sand it down on one end. This will replace part # 32876-4F000 There are 3 files. One has a 4mm pad and is the same thickness as OEM One has a 6.5mm pad and is meant for the SECO clutch slave cylinder One has a 12mm pad and is meant for the XClutch clutch slave cylinder If you have a SECO clutch installed on your car and didn't realize that the clutch slave cylinder provided was not an OEM unit, you NEED the 6.5mm pad ASAP. Otherwise, you will damage your pressure plate and/or damage the clutch slave. Then you will be dropping the trans again. If you have the XClutch and your clutch grabs way up on the clutch pedal, use the 13.5mm. For everyone else, use the 4mm pad. It will drastically improve the consistency of how the clutch feels by just switching to polyurethane. Method I used printing this: Speed set to 30mm/s Walls set to 25 so that no infill will ever be printed I used whatever stock setting was in Cura specific to my printer Used no supports and it printed the cone in the middle of the stem fine
