The seat adjustment knob on my 2015 Toyota Tacoma broke off. Glue wouldn't work so I designed a ring to reinforce the broken gears and an inner part that spins to hopefully provide more bite to the inner shaft of the seat. I used an M4X20 screw, a few washers, and an M4 locknut to secure the inner parts. I used Loctite Super Glue to glue the bottom of the inner wheel to the knob and the top part of the wheel to the inside of the shaft on the seat. I printed in PETG but i am sure PLA would work as well. The third photo is an enlarged version of the part to show the top that needs to be glued into the seat shaft. The correct print should sit inside the knob and slide over the shaft on the seat.
