Traced a picture of my FJ40 grill in Inkscape and used the proportions to create this with OpenSCAD. The FJ40 grill is very recognizable so I thought it deserved to be done. I haven't tried printing it yet but I know it will need some cleanup to print right. I'll probably remix this into a key chain eventually. *UPDATE* The second file (suffix "_2") is scaled down by 1/4 to make the dimensions 183.75mm x 37.5mm. Texture in the grill is 0.5mm wide by 0.5mm high. It's close enough for me to attempt to print it. The third file is scaled to 35% and rotated 45 deg to fit diagonally on a print bed. It's 257.25mm x 52.5mm and the smallest part is 0.7mm.
