Cup holder replacement bracket for the Toyota Highlander 3rd Generation 2014-2019 with rear captain chairs and flip-down cup holder arm rest tray Part Number: 780610E010A0 Print Settings Printer: Bambulab X1-Carbon Supports: Yes Resolution: .16mm layer height Infill: 100% Filament: Eryone PETG Black Notes: Print on its end (i.e. long side pointing up). This will provide the most strength at the spot where the OEM brackets fail. Less apt for failure between print layers. Post-Printing ============= Instructions I printed in PETG, .16 layer, 100% infill for max strength. Make sure you print long side pointing up (for best strength at stress point). You will need to remove the existing/broken OEM brackets from the tray. It needs to be flat. I recommend a Dremel for best results. See pics. Sand/scuff up the printed bracket and on the tray (so glue adheres better). Drill small pilot holes into the tray for the screws. You will need 2 small screws and 3 medium screws per bracket. I don't know screw size because I just used what I had in my vast collection of misc screws. Use screws AND some kind of glue. I recommend JB Weld Plastic Bonder. See pic. How I Designed This Tinkercad (because I'm new to CAD design) Toyota did a terrible job of engineering the cup holder that goes between the rear captain chairs. It doesn't take much downward force on a cup to torque the OEM bracket and snap it in half. Prior to owning a 3d printer, my repair involved a heap of JB plastic weld which you can see in the pics. After it broke again, I decided to design a better bracket. It was a lot of trial and error. I finally settled on this design. I say "settle" because the OEM cup bottom cradle's design severely limits the size of the bracket you can use. Ideally, I would have liked a thicker "C" shape.
