My friend has a 2012 Toyota Corolla, and his Keyfob exploded. He reached out, and a short time later, I found a model on Thingiverse. I printed it but disliked how we couldn't find actual hardware or how some of the tolerances weren't the best. I took the time to import it to Fusion and remade it using M3 hardware, improving tolerances, too (though not quite enough for the key blank). It fits together GREAT, and the hardware is flush if you use proper screws. I printed at 0.2 layer height and had no issues. I did have to clear a tiny bit of stringing from the hex holes, but it was very minor. Minimal support for just the keyring loop and printed with large flat sides face-down. Hardware required: 3x M3 nuts 3x M3x12mm Screws (Flat/countersinking) You'll need to print the button 4 times. My friend asked for white for the unlock/lock/trunk, and we did orange for the panic button. If I were to modify it again, I would have moved the rear bolt back and created a gap to hold an actual small metal ring to eliminate the printed loop, but we'll only go there if it breaks!
