These are the struts ("bumpers") needed to keep the armrest of the center console from going to far back when opened. They may fit many other years and even models of Toyota mid size sedans. These were modeled from a 1999 Toyota Camry XLE. They are called "bumpers" by Toyota and are part numbers 58964 and 58965A if you are looking for the OEM part.
