I really like this badge/logo. It was too big for my printer though. So I cut it in half and added another support rail at the bottom. I placed tiny 1mm holes into the ends of the support rails. A 1mm hole won't print right, not on my printer anyway, I used them as a guide. I drilled them out with a 0.8mm drill bit, then I straightened and cut up a paper clip and inserted it into the holes. After I trimmed the paper clips to fit, I added some super glue and stuck them together. (I printed this in ABS) Plenty strong. I have some top layer scaring so I'll probably run the face on a belt sander, then maybe some 220 wet sand to smooth it off. THANK YOU!!!
