Another option for a floor vent cover for the rear-facing vents under the seats. Recommend printing in PETG or ASA, and move the seat all the way forward and up to clip onto the vent duct. Small tabs hold it in place. This has been tested for fit on a 2020 (pre-refresh) Model 3 with a vent opening ~150x58mm. (Model Y definitely uses a different size.)
