Update 12/20/2025: Revised geometry to fit both Tesla Mobile Charger and Tesla Wall Connector (US market chargers only). Added test pieces on Plate 4 of the print profile to verify it fits your handle and cable. I designed my own version of a fuel pump handle for the Tesla Mobile Charger. This is very sturdy and securely attached to the charging handle. There is a lip designed into the hex nut holes to hold them in place, you will need to press the nuts in firmly. You will need: 3x 4' zip ties 8x M3 hex nuts 8x M3x20-25 machine screws Please note the 3MF file was created in Bambu Studio, it may not open properly in other slicers.
