My early 90's Carry had a few missing, and the ones that were on it were hard as rocks, I found them for sale but decided just to model my own. When printing the side that attaches to the truck is up and the side with the hole goes down.  I printed in black TPU 31-40% infill, .6mm nozzle, with max volumetric at 9mm/s  without supports and didn't have any issues.  I recommend you print them one at a time if you have problems with the TPU stringing. I included the Fusion360 design if anyone want to change something.
