This model is a highly functional 3-D-printable engineering solution designed as S2000 Trunk Supports (Trunk Skeleton Reinforcement / Wing Braces). It is specifically engineered to counteract the massive aerodynamic downforce generated when you install large aftermarket performance wings (GT Wings, Spoilers) on your S2000 (AP1/AP2) trunk. By sitting perfectly within the trunk lid's inner skeleton, it distributes the structural load, completely preventing the thin trunk metal from caving in, flexing, or allowing the wing to wobble at high speeds. It is a mandatory structural upgrade for track-focused builds and heavy aero kits. Print Recommendations: Material: ABS, ASA, Carbon Fiber infused filaments, or PETG (do not use PLA) – it is critical that this part withstands both extreme mechanical pressure and high summer trunk temperatures. Layer Height: 0.15 mm – 0.20 mm Infill: 60 % – 100 % (Since this acts as a structural load-bearing brace, printing it with maximum infill, or completely solid, is heavily recommended).
