OEM Reference Part Number: PT00183783 (Front windshield side garnish molding). Print Settings & Recommendations (Important!): - Print Orientation: Lay the clip flat on its side. Do NOT print vertically (bottom-up). Printing vertically causes poor layer adhesion along the stress axes, making the clip snap easily under tension, and can cause geometry errors. Printing sideways aligns the layer lines for maximum tensile strength and durability. - Supports: Enabled (Tree / organic supports work best for easy removal). - Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm works great. - Layer Height: 0.16 mm - 0.20 mm. - Infill: 100% (or at least 4-5 walls/perimeters) for maximum mechanical strength. - Material: ABS, ASA, or PETG/PET-CF/PCCF is strongly recommended for exterior automotive use and UV/heat resistance.
