
No changes were made to the design or models for this “remix”. I simply converted the STEP file into individual STL models for the printable parts and dimensioned the pieces meant to be cut out of plywood. All dimensions are in INCHES, as that's what the original STEP file was. They're shown inside parenthesis because they are “driven” dimensions in Fusion 360 … not controlling placement, but measuring the existing placement. You'll likely notice that the dimensions are not necessarily what you'd expect or lined up. For instance, 42.896" for the width of a platform instead of 43" or 42.75". This is how the STEP file was and I didn't change anything. The holes in the plywood platform are 1" and likely meant to be spaced 1" away from the edge, but you can see they aren't evenly spaced. I assume that was NOT the actual intent and they should all be parallel to the edge. I have NOT printed or cut any of this myself to test how well everything fits, so YMMV. I just wanted to make it a little easier for folks who don't know how to interact with STEP files or CAD software or just to appreciate the original design more, as I think it's pretty awesome! UPDATES 2026-01-09 Added STLs for support pieces. These were meant to be cut from 3/4" plywood, I believe, but including the STLs here in case folks want to print. After @Mr_Ham_247425 commented about trying to use the brackets (and the A bracket not fitting the rail) I decided to combine my rail bracket design with a top portion that could accept a 3030 extrusion.
