R1S Tissue Box Holder This is just a simple tissue box holder that attaches to the bottom of the middle seat of the second row of a Rivian R1S. It's a bit of an empty space and this gets the tissue box from off the floor. It's tucked away enough that it does not interrupt the seat movement at all. You can still fold the seat down. This uses a pair of rubber bands to keep the tissue box tucked up into the seat, but also let you easily replace the box. Printing Nothing special here. I used a 0.40mm nozzle, 0.20 layer height, and 2 perimeters. I used PETG to try to withstand any heat in the car. ASA or other heat-resistant materials are advised. Assembly Assembly is relatively straightforward. Just snap the horizontal brackets onto the vertical sides for the frame assembly. Attach a rubber band to a front clip. Attach the other end of the rubber band to the frame. Repeat for the second front clip. Snap the rear hooks onto the small horizontal bar under the seat. You might have to slide the zip-tied electrical cable out of the way slightly. Lift the front hooks (attached by the rubber bands) up and loop them over the large metal bar at the front of the seat. Insert the hook on the front side of the bar and then rotate it over the top so the flat piece attached to the rubber band faces down. Now your holder should be installed and held tight with rubber bands. Just pull it down and install the tissue holder. It will tuck behind the front of the seat to keep it in place. Compatibility This was designed using a Gen1 R1S, but has been confirmed to work on Gen2 as well! Support If you like my models and want to make my day , you can buy me a ☕ !
