I added a tube to bring the ball farther out from the dash. I tried a few sizes. And I have hundreds of socket head cap screws, but few flatheads, so I made a version that works with those. These can easily lose bed adhesion and fall over, so I used these brim settings: Outside only, 25mm, 0.05 separation. It's a little harder to remove but not a big deal. Printed on a K1C with PA-CF, 0.08 layer, 0.4mm nozzle, no supports, very reduced speeds, temps were 80 and 280. I enabled the contour scarf joint setting to make the seam smooth. Gyroid infill at 80%, 4 walls. Depending on which length you use, you will need M5 screws that are 50-70mm long, available at Ace in singles for about a dollar, or a pack on Amazon for $8, with various lengths.
