Description

Replace the screws for the hitch cover on your Rivian R1S / R1T with these. They are strongest printed sideways with tree supports, print at 75% infill. Re-use the plastic washer that comes on the truck. Easy to install, insert with the tabs side to side of the truck then turn 90 degrees so they face front to back, easy to remember that way. I've added 3 more versions for your pleasure. V1.5 should be the same as the original just with a more ergonomic design. V2 gives more space for those finding the fit a little tight. V3 is between V2 and V1.5 in size and fits the best on my truck but I had one comment saying it was tight on theirs hence the V2 with a longer shaft. Also PETG or ABS are recommended but I have printed V2 and V3 in TPU with 100% infill and 105% flow. My TPU is shore 95A it's a little rubbery but quite stiff and as a result provides a basically indestructible clip that is resistant to heat/chemicals and twisting forces.
