Print with the bottom of the model facing up, use supports for the charging puck cutout lip (I'd suggest using PLA as the material for support interfaces when printing with PETG). The tray liner file can be used to print a liner in TPU or convert to an SVG file and used with something like a Cricut to cut a liner out of any desired material.
