Crossbar No-Latch Tool This simple tool is designed to slide in from the underside of your crossbar latch to force the latch in the fully open position and keep the crossbar from re-locking.  This is especially useful if you have a rooftop tent attached to the crossbars and you want to hoist the whole unit up.  Even if you're just taking crossbars off by yourself, this can be helpful.  I've unlatched one side, then as I unlatch the other, I hear the first side re-latch. This prevents that.  Just push the latch down from the top to slide this tool out and remove it. Note: The hole is just to be able to hang it somewhere when not in use.
