Rivian Cargo Crossbar mount to attach to a bed wall MOLLE panel or wall. I have the Builtright one, but there is no reason it wouldn't work on the s00nish variant. Uses ¼-20 stainless countersunk hardware (at least 1 - 1 ½" long) and a nyloc nut if you are using my MOLLE nut instead of a Builtright MOLLE nut. Printing: Material – ASA, Smooth Bed with a large skirt. Print slow, even with a slow print the model started pulling the corners of the smooth print plate with gluestick. And yes I mean the plate was lifting from the printer, not the model from the plate. Fortunately the slightly lifted corner is a feature instead of a defect, because it allows the mount to act like a caul. I printed with variable thickness, starting at 15 and printing with 25-50% where the mount attaches. These went through several iterations, i'm proud to say the get a nice positive click with the Crossbars, which I found with absent with some of the other models I had found. These were designed from the ground up with calipers. If you want the Fusion 360 file please shoot me a message. Variants – the tall variant has an extra ¼ of height to acomodate a fire extinguisher fitting behind the crossbars. These can be locked, and the bolts are hidden when mounted, but the Molle panel still has exposed bolts so if someone is determined… you may want to close the tonneau.
