I ran into some snow in winter and lost the right cover of my headlamp washer. There seem to be two versions of washer covers out there and when I ordered a replacement, I always got the wrong one. 3D printing to the rescue... It was quite hard to get the inner mounting mechanism right. You could say that I never really succeeded, but a dab of polyurethane glue held everything in place in the end. I used some putty and paint to make it niceish looking. It looks OK now from 2 meters away which is good enough for me. Mirror the part for the left side. Print instructions I used PETG.
