I designed this insert for 2022 Rivian R1S (it's incredible). But like most vehicles, there is no convenient place to hold a 32oz water bottle. If you love your Hydroflask or Nalgene bottle, you know what I mean. The same goes for coffee/tea cups with a handle. So here it is.  Mine is printed in PC-CF because it is cool, but PETG, ABS, ASA would also work. Print in an upright position 4 perimeters, 15% infill Supports required Scaling Required (102% in XY, 100.5% in Z For PC-CF) Choose whatever shrinkage factor you think is appropriate for your filament. 1-2% is probably safe. PLA is not recommended since this will live in a hot car. I have printed another iteration in CF-PETG that is in its 4th year (Southern US). This design is easily adapted for other cup holders - STEP file included for your tinkering. Go Electric. Go Rivian!
