Update 11 Mar 25: Updated my generic pinch weld adapter. I printed a set for another vehicle and uploaded some pics. The change in color was unintentional as I ran out of filament on the first print. I just kept the theme and added a pause with a filament change for the remaining three prints. Using this you agree that you're using it at your own risk. The compressive strength of the material, if printed correctly should easily exceed the requirements of most normal size cars and light trucks. If printed in the same manner that I did, each pair of these should take about 75% of a new roll of filament. For that, you get a massively dense piece of material that is comparable to the ones you could buy. For my V70, it has a unique lift point design and getting it to work on the Quick Jack took a bit of design work to get a good solution. They are labeled for my purposes but if you pause or end the print prior to the very top layer (0.2mm layer height) you wont have the label. Here are my recommended print settings: Layer height: 0.2mm Base infil: 15% Top layer to about 10mm down on the outer perimeter: 95% Wall Count: 10 Material: TPU (95A or stronger) or PC Once printed they will weigh 300-400g each as pictured here. The lighter one is TPU, the heavier one is PC. To change infil density within the same print, you need to add a modifier. This is how I placed mine in Bambu Studio. This same process can be used in other slicers as well however the process to do so will vary. You will notice a line on each of the prints that is in the same position as the modifier pictured above. This is something that happened when the printer changed the infil density. This could probably be adjusted to the point where it can't be seen but these are functional and will used daily so their cosmetic appearance is not important. I haven't tested this, but I'm pretty certain that tha
