
I didn't want to pay $200+ for a Sir Tools P234 arbor so I whipped this up. I sell these for $15 if you do not have 3D printing capability, but I am offering it (for NON-COMMERCIAL usage) here. That means you are not printing these and selling them. The 944 community is small and I will probably find out quickly. Instructions are also attached. As far as printing, I suggest: PLA, 25-40% infill (cubic, or something else which is reasonable) I have used PETG for these in the past and the supports do not release as cleanly, leaving the threads a bit knackered. YMMV. 0.2mm layer height, 0.5mm line width, 3 perimeters. Tree supports at 60 deg angle trigger point Ironing enabled for top surface only Monotonic top/bottom layer You will notice that the threads may be a bit sticky and hard to spin, unless your extrusion calibrations / tolerances are bang-on. I found it's easiest to take a small bit of grease or assembly lube and apply a few small smears to the male threads. Work the 2 pieces together until they spin smoothly through the whole range of travel. Works every time.
