This is a replacement piece for the proprietary bolt/washer combo that the Pontiac Fiero uses to attach the plastic door skins to the metal door frame. This is designed to be used with the a standard countersunk (flathead) M6-1.0 x 16 mm bolt. If you want to adapt this to use something else, I've also included the STEP files that can be modified in any CAD program. Print Settings Printer: Self Designed Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 100 Filament: Hatchbox PLA Black Notes: I used PLA, but ideally a more suitable material like ABS or PETG should be used. I'm also sure that the 100% infill used isn't necessary, but the added print time is so little since these are so small. It's worth it for the extra strength required. After all, this is for holding on an entire body panel on a car. Category: Automotive
