I didn't like the look or price of any of the phone mounts available for this era of Forester so I made this. It clips onto the center HVAC duct and only blocks a little of each outlet. The install is permanent (since it seems impossible to remove without dismantling the mount) but non-destructive with respect to the vehicle. The existing phone slot is made for a Moto G8 Power in a specific case (measures about 80mm wide, 160mm tall, 12.5mm thick), but it fits other phones and is easy to change from the model to whatever dimensions you need. I've used it for navigating while offroading and it survived and kept the phone secure. Print with any high-temp material.
