3D-printable clutch centering / alignment tool for Opel and Vauxhall vehicles equipped with Z16XE or Z18XE engines and the F17 manual gearbox. This tool is designed to correctly center the clutch disc relative to the pressure plate and crankshaft/flywheel assembly during clutch installation. Correct clutch alignment is essential before reinstalling the gearbox. If the friction disc is even slightly off-center, inserting the F17 gearbox input shaft can become unnecessarily difficult. The model has been tested on an Opel Meriva A 1.6 16V and can be printed easily in PETG using standard settings. A simple workshop tool that can save a lot of frustration during a clutch replacement.
