Description

Replacement air vent fins for the Opel/Vauxhall Corsa D , designed from measurements of the original parts. The set includes 2 different fin lengths as well as the centre fin with the thicker finger grip/holder and the central fins lincage. The pivot pins and central linkage are modeled to match the original vent mechanism. The second and bottom fins are the same so must be printed twice. Designed for easy FDM printing and intended as a replacement for broken or missing vent fins. Main dimensions: 2.45 mm fin thickness, Ø2.1 mm pivot pins. Tested successfully with PETG , using 0.20 mm layer height and 100% infill for maximum strength.
