Printed it with Fiberlogy Mattflex 40D. The thickness of the ring is changing, so it better follows the geometry of the car body. Thinner close to the hinge, thicker towards the locking mechanism. Check the correct orientation before installing. Feel free to modify the 3D file to fine tune it further.
