Remixed this to mount a USB and Aux port from my GROM BT3 with the USB and Aux addon kit. This should work with any USB and 3.5mm Aux addon kit. I couldn't find a USB/AUX switch for a 2005 Nissan Frontier, but I found a ton for Toyota. So I bought this Thing from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XYK8T3W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It has a single mounting screw and can be remounted into this remix. I did notice that the cable on the back of the item I bought from amazon does come off easily you could use some hot glue to glue it in place or I used some Kapton tape. Unfortunately that is how the Toyota piece came and there isn't much I can do about that.
