Here are some protective covers for your NACS to CCS adapters. I only have access to the ones from Rivian (made by Telsa) and Ford (made by Lectron), so that's what I've included so far. They're meant to protect the internal connectors and levers from damage and let you just throw your adapter into your frunk or anywhere else you want to store it. The CCS covers include connection points that can be used to attach a lanyard if you find that useful. Each piece should be able to slide on with a fairly snug fit so they don't rattle around. Updates March 7, 2025 Slight adjustment to exterior perimeter of ccs-rivian models to better align with adapter contour. Adjusted nacs-rivian model to not fit quite as tight. I printed in PETG-CF and when fully inserted, it was hard to remove. Printing I use PETG, which is probably fine. You might consider ASA for better heat resistance. No supports I used 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm layers. 2 perimeters seems fine. I used 20% lightning infill and it gives a much “softer” overall feel (which I think I prefer) because it's mostly hollow. You do you! Support If you like my models and want to make my day , you can buy me a ☕ !
