I modified adapter from hgglmmr, because it fits my car (W246) perfectly, but it didn't fit my car jack. My car jack has bigger head so I had to modify lower part of adapter. Attached is also Sketchup file, so you can modify it if even this version doesn't fit your jack. If you are not sure and you are too lazy to measure (as me), you can print it with 5% infill, it takes just 40 minutes :) Final version has to have 100% infill thou. It took me 5,5 hours. I used it already and it is perfect. Changing tires is a bit safer as there is lower chance that your jack will slip away compared to not using adapter.
