Description
The vent blades in my 2005 LS430 were loose and not in sync. I measured the shattered pieces of the connectors that were broken and printed these. Depending on tolerances in your case you may need to adjust the size of the holes. I've included STEP files for your convenience. I printed these in PETG but ASA isn't a terrible idea.
