Wife uses a 40oz Stanley cup that is very top heavy and moves around way too much in the car. The stock GX cupholder is an ellipse shape that relies on 3 spring loaded detents to keep drinks stable. Those detents work well for light drinks like cans and standard cups but not so well for Yeti/Stanley/Generic stainless tumblers. This model slims down the opening and retains all three detents for any other cups that aren't as large. First version is designed for the 40oz Stanley cup with handle and has a little extra room on Yeti 30oz tumblers. If this thing gets some traction, let me know and I can adjust the model to accommodate other cups. With the maintenance of the detents, it should work much better than the stock just from tightening down the overall shape of the cupholder. Modeled for a 2019 but should fit any GX model between 2010-2022 Printed in PLA/PETG, .2 layers, works well with anywhere between 5-15% infill. I printed with the larger side facing down and used organic supports, but it also works in the standard orientation and no supports if you're dialed in with bridges. Use a brim if you have bed adhesion issues.
