A friend asked if I could help her replace her letters that fell off of her car. Using an R letter that she managed to retain I found what I think is the exact font they used at factory. I can tell there are some very small modifications that they made to the type face, but I'm dead sure its based on this one. Wish I could remember the name of it facepalm   Anyway, Print in ABS for outdoor use and UV resistance.  Use 0 bottom layers and less than 100% infill, give it a fairly thick top layer setting (I think I did about 2.5mm) for durability and done right you'll get a nice little cavity for emblem adhesive to flow into and adhere. This cavity was a feature in the original part that I attempted to emulate through print settings and I think I did alright. I had my best success printing two letters at a time as I had bed adhesion issues otherwise. In ABS expect about 3% shrinkage (which in this really means like 1mm difference).   I used Overture Galaxy Gray at .1mm layer height, sanded down to 600 grit and post processed with acetone vapour.   That being said, from what I've learned about smoothing with Resin or wood filler, I think acetone smoothing is overrated and the fumes really are too much.   Anyway, I think I did alright and the owner liked it so I'm happy with it and happy to share
