Some chunky lettering for the rear hatch of my Discovery 1 300Tdi. They may apply to other models and engines. Printing Print flat . I've supplied the DISCOVERY as two models "DISCO" and "VERY" so it'll fit smaller build plates without rotating. You don't need supports. My models are all 5mm thick. If you want to change the thickness, just scale in the Z-axis in your slicer. Material & Paint You will want to smoothen then spray these with primer and paint to seal and make them shine. My example prints are made with grey PETG and unfinished. Location You should be able to eyeball the location for these and I've provided photos to show how the original lettering sits on my car.  When correctly spaced, the DISCOVERY lettering is 350mm wide and the Tdi is about 85mm wide. Most of the letters are 30mm tall, although the "S" "C" and "O" are 32mm tall and should be aligned with the top of the shorter letters.
