I live overseas so when the driver's side seat recline lever broke on my 2015 Jeep Patriot, I decided to try making a replacement that would at least be functional until I could find a factory replacement. The factory part number for this item is 1RW94DK2AB and it appears to interchange with a number of different Jeep models from 2010 to 2017 - the particular splined shaft dimensions probably work on multiple Jeep models from that era, post a comment if it works for you.   The Jeep recline lever is made to interface with an irregular spline pattern cut into the shaft which protrudes from the seat. Using the settings below, I get a tight friction fit when the printed part is installed in my car. On this printed model, the slot cutouts on the outer cylinder are to assist in aligning to the flats on the recliner shaft coming from the seat.  The Fusion 360 model posted here is setup for the driver's side configuration but the passenger side could easily be configured by rotating the handle slightly about the main cylinder.  Sorry for the disorganization on the tree in the Fusion file, it was a late night build, but the part is simple enough.   Print Settings (MK3S+) Standard PrusaSlicer settings/temps except where noted .4 MM Nozzle Prusament PETG - Anthracite Grey .20 MM Layer Height - PrusaSlicer ‘Quality’ setting 30% Infill Ironing set for all top surfaces Prusa textured print bed No supports required Print Time on my setup:  2H 31M
