Bracket Assembly for License Plate Installation This bracket assembly allows for installing a license plate on the lower part of a bumper without drilling any holes. I scanned the bumper of the car and designed a custom-fit part around it, which was then 3D printed in PETG plastic. Required Parts: Printed bracket parts M5x30 screws (3 pcs) M5x15 screws (2 pcs) M5 nuts (5 pcs) Thread locker Adhesive tape (optional) Assembly Instructions: Pre-assemble the Base and Hooks: Insert the 30mm screws into the three designated holes in the base. Attach the hooks onto the screws and secure them with M5 nuts, but do not fully tighten yet. Leaving the hooks slightly loose will allow them to slide into the bumper grille during installation. Attach the Assembly to the Bumper Grille: Slide the hooks into the grille openings and position the base as desired. Once in place, tighten the nuts by holding the hooks through the grille holes, securing the assembly firmly to the bumper. Install the License Plate Holder: Use the 15mm screws to attach either the EU or US version of the license plate holder to the base. Optional self-tapping screw holes are provided if you want additional reinforcement. Slide in the License Plate: Insert the license plate from the side of the holder. (The holders are not designed for a snap-fit, so avoid pressing the plate in from the front.)
