This model was created from a 3D scan of an original OEM part. The scanned geometry was cleaned, processed and optimized to create a high-quality digital model suitable for 3D printing. The original part is used on Hyundai Tucson NX4 headlights from 2020 and newer. The model was personally test-fitted on a 2025 Hyundai Tucson headlight to verify the fit and geometry. An important feature is that the left and right masks are identical. The same 3D model can therefore be printed and used for both sides of the vehicle.
