I noticed that the bushing for the headrest on one of my rear seats was missing, so i designed this. It prints as two pieces and then is glued together. The top piece has a cavity to help center the 'D' shaped piece for glue up. Some trimming may be needed if your printer has a tendency to over-extrude on the first layer. Fits early 3rd Generation Odysseys (2005-2007). In 2008 they got Active Head Restraints, so I'm not sure how much changed. If you happen to need one for a 2008+ Odyssey, leave a comment to let us know if it works for you. I'd suggest printing in ABS or PETG due to the potential for high temps inside a vehicle. EDIT: I checked to see how the PETG was holding up after a week of 90*F temps. It looks to be doing fine, but I did notice that the cushion of the seat caused the bushing to work it's way up and out of the pipe. I have modified the bushing insert to be twice as long. I'd recommend using v2 of the stl file. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Play Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .3mm Infill: 15% Notes: 3 shells PETG Category: Automotive
