I designed this part in Fusion 360 after my original part disintegrated leaving my brake pedal lights on all night. The original part was $9 and everything automotive was closed so I improvised. This part was designed to be printed in Flexible filament. I used Priline TPU. The measurements were taken with a Mitutoyo Absolute Digimatic and then adjusted. This part is 16mm wide and the pad is 4mm thick. The rear spike just holds it in place. You can push it into the hole where the old part was under the dash. Fit: 2005 Honda Element., May also work on Acura. Let me know if you test it.
