Honda Acty Sun Visor Hinge *Fits HA-2/HA-3/HA-4 Since this hinge is under constant load, make sure you print in a material that is not susceptible to creep such as PETG/ASA. Do not print in PLA as your sun visor will sag over time. To remove the splined retaining clip holding on your old bracket, secure the visor in a vice (preferably with rubber jaws or a blanket covering it to avoid it being marked) or some other method to stop it moving around. Then take a small screwdriver and a hammer and hit it off, alternating different sides of the clip. This will take some perseverance… Make sure you don't lose the spring, washer and clip when they go flying off. Reassemble in the same order they came off: Bracket, washer, spring, clip. Enjoy!
