I modeled this with dimensions taken from the official part. I have not used it for my install as I also modeled a custom version to exact fit my Kia Niro / JBL speakers. Update 3/14/23: I printed a piece to compare and my measurements were undersized by 1-2mm (yikes!) I imagine the old model will worked fine, but I've updated both files and added another stl with a flat/stiffer base that should still work on most every application and be much easier to gasket/seal. Print with ABS/ASA (since cars get hot, duh). Supports (and probably brim) needed. Add a negative cylinder in center to remove small inner tabs you may not need. STEP file also available to remove holes/tabs.
