This model is designed to attach to the hood of a 2000-2006 first generation honda insight. The 3d printed grill block matches the curve of the hood and increases the aerodynamics and improves in the engine warm up. I divided the model into 3 parts that connect together with M3 nuts and bolts. The connecting holes are intentionally small so the M3 hardware can self-tap in, or the hole can be reamed to the proper size. A piece of windshield wiper rubber can be used to seal the seam between the hood and front bumper, which helps protect the bumper paint. I used automotive plastic pop rivets to attach the grill block to the hood. This model can be easily printed with a 0.3mm resolution. A brim should be included to reduce warping. The model is divided in order to fit the 210mm max height of a Prusa MK3. WARNING: You can overheat your engine with a grill or radiator block. I am not responsible if you damage your engine. A precise temperature gauge and proper coolant bleed procedures should be used to reduce the likelihood of overheating.
