I designed this clip after buying my GMC Sierra EV Edition 1 and receiving a soft tonneau cover with it.  As soon as I installed the tonneau cover I could see how easily the front lip of the cover could (and did) separate from the front rail.  This drove me and my wife crazy!  After fruitless searching for existing solutions or my ignorance on install, I decided to put together my own solution.  The result is designed to retain the tonneau cover in the channel, while allowing for removal if desired. Instructions: Remove front rail from truck Print 4 of these clips and place equidistant along the back side of the front rail Mark and drill holes for the clips with a 7/64" drill bit (1/8" may work as well) Insert tonneau cover in the channel and place the cover in front of the front of the rail.  Cover should be insertable afterwards, but this is how I did it. Attach the clips with #8 1/2" flat head phillips wood screws. Re-install front rail, with cover Notes:  This clip is designed to maximize my printer's bed, but I've included the FreeCAD file so that you can adjust size and screw dimensions as needed. I printed with PETG using 40% infill, 5 top and bottom layers, and 3 wall loops.
