This rack is a perfect fit for my 2012 Yukon Denali roof rails. I remixed Johnranderson's design. One is simply a scaled down version of the original (about -25%). The second has been adapted to have slots for the carriage bolts on my Thule ski rack and I added a reinforcement block in the center of the top slot. I assume they'll work for any 2008 to 2014 Yukon, Tahoe, or Suburban roof rail, but I haven't tried it. They may even work for other GM SUVs or any suv with a oval shaped rail. I printed with 5mm settings on wall, top, and bottom layers. No infill. Standard quality. I plan to also make a version that has a post to fit my Yakima ski rack and bike rack.
