Description

The visor retainer on my truck cracked in half. This model is designed to replace the entire assembly and screws in place with the original screws. The visor should “click” in to the center hole and will hopefully be good and stuck in there. I've also included the source, so you should be able to make changes reasonably if necessary. Requires the BOSL2 library. There is a version where the clip retaining the visor is separate. I've had better luck not breaking the part with this version, but the downside is that the visor might sag a bit depending on position. I still prefer the separated version. The SCAD file also has an option for enabling or disabling  support ring on the retainer clip if the clip is integrated (pictured). Print in ASA or other weather resistant material, no supports necessary.
