
If you plug your Tesla UMC into the wall inside your garage, but charge outside, this will protect your cable from the garage door closing on it and damaging it. If you have a Prusa MINI, I highly recommend using the Gcode and PETG for this one. Otherwise, here is a brief summary of the PrusaSlicer changes necessary: Up perimeters to 5 for additional strength Change infill to gyroid Make sure you have Expert settings visible After importing to PrusaSlicer, right click the model and select “Add Modifier → Box” Resize/position the box to cover the “U” portion of the cable path. The entire wing opposite of the ramp should be included, and on the side facing the ramp include up to where the ramp begins. Once positioned, right click the “Generic-Box” in the list on the right, select Infill, and then change infill to 100% under Fill Density Now the part of the model the garage door hits is filled at 100%, but the ramp that just hits the rubber weather gasket is at low infill, saving plastic. Alternatively, print the whole model at 100% infill. I then used some 3M VHB to secure it to the cement so it doesn't move around.
