A set of two brackets (left + right) that secure the lower side of the front bumper cover on the Genesis GV80 facelift, 2025–2026 model year. Interchange Part Numbers: 865B3-T6500 (LH), 865B4-T6500 (RH). The original is molded in TPO (PP+EPDM) by supplier Ecoplastic. The bracket anchors the bumper's lower corner to the body/fender — it commonly snaps from a light curb hit, a parking bump, or when the bumper is removed for detailing without releasing every fastener first. Since this is a very new model (2025–2026), the genuine part can be expensive and back-ordered at the dealer, and a printed replacement fills that gap. Installation & notes: left and right parts are mirror images — print one side and mirror it in your slicer for the other; fastens with the original bumper screws/clips into the same mounting points as the OEM bracket; remove the broken remains of the old bracket and check the mounting holes before fitting the new one. ⚠️ This bracket sits near the engine bay and heats up in the sun — do NOT use PLA (brittle and loses strength under heat); use PETG/ABS/ASA instead, since this is a structural piece that carries the bumper's mounting load. ⚠️ COPYRIGHT & LICENSING Personal Use Only.
